Final chapter for family business as it closes doors after 80 years
Greens of Beccles officially ceased trading on September 30, bringing an end to a business that had become one of the town's longest-established independent firms.
The business traces its roots back to 1946, when the family's grandfather opened the original store in a wooden hut in Wrentham before expanding into Beccles.
