American rapper Saucy Santana accidentally spearheaded a new viral phrase while eating fish. So naturally, he turned it into a song.

Hot off the heels of telling their mates to call an Uber or singing that incredibly catchy German song about being ‘good enough’, Generations Alpha and Z are enjoying a new trending phrase: ‘quiet on the creek’.

The phrase originates from a viral video of American rapper Saucy Santana who was eating a fish dish, and recalled “I used to go fishing when I was a little girl, you gotta be real quiet on the creek.”
