The Kremlin has adopted aggressive rhetoric toward Europe in recent weeks that is striking even by the standards of Russian state media. On April 15, the Russian Ministry of Defense published the addresses of European drone manufacturers and denounced them as a “strategic rear for Ukraine.” Implicit in the statement is the suggestion that these sites could become legitimate military targets.
