Chef leaves fine dining restaurant set to remain open after entering liquidation
Stoke Mill, in Stoke Holy Cross, south of Norwich, will continue to trade under a new operating business.
It comes after Stoke Mill Restaurant Ltd appointed liquidators last week owing creditors more than £389,000, according to its statement of affairs, published on Companies House.

Owner Ludovico 'Ludo' Iaccarino said a new company, Stoke Restaurants Ltd, of which he is the sole director, will honour all existing bookings, deposits and gift vouchers.
In a statement on its website, the high-end establishment said it is "open as usual" and announced that its executive chef, Andy Rudd, has left the business.
