New Delhi: A blast occurred outside the residence of Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader Keisham Meghachandra Singh in Manipur’s Thoubal district on Thursday evening, according to a report by Economic Times. No one was injured in the incident. 

Per the report, the blast was caused by a hand grenade. The incident occurred at around 8:15 pm near the gate of Singh’s residence at Bishnunaha in Yairipok in the Wangkhem Assembly........
