If Iran Chooses Peace, the Middle East Will Bloom

For decades, the Middle East has lived under the shadow of Iran’s terror networks and proxy conflicts. From Hezbollah in Lebanon to militias across the region, Tehran’s strategy has fueled instability, violence, and distrust.

If the current crisis ultimately weakens that machinery of terror and opens the door to a different path, it could mark one of the most consequential turning points in modern Middle Eastern history.

Because the greatest opportunity in this region has never been war. It has always been peace with Israel.

Israel is not only a military power. It is also one of the world’s most innovative societies, often called the “Start-Up Nation.” Out of necessity, Israel has pioneered breakthroughs in water technology, desert agriculture, renewable energy, cyber technology, medicine, and environmental sustainability. These innovations benefit people far beyond Israel’s borders. For decades, Israel has shared its expertise with countries facing similar challenges.

Perhaps nowhere is this more evident than in water management. Israel recycles roughly 90 percent of its wastewater, much of it used to irrigate crops. That is the highest rate of water reuse........
