Powerful Surveillance Company Slithers Tentacles Deeper Into Democratic Party

Palantir, a powerful AI surveillance firm, hired a former Democratic senator and several Democratic lobbyists connected to House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, according to a report published Monday.
Palantir maintains close ties to and contracts with the Trump administration, providing its technology to the U.S. military, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Institutes of Health and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. A June 15 disclosure, first reported by nonprofit investigative outlet Sludge, showed that the company has hired Avoq LLC as a lobbying firm beginning May 1, and that the four-person team is deeply tied to Democratic machine politics.
