Tech analyst Dan Ives is launching a $200 million fund to buy private AI companies

The Ives Ultra AI Opportunities fund priced its IPO on Wednesday and will trade on the NYSE under the ticker IVAI

Ives Ultra AI Opportunities Inc., a closed-end fund carrying the brand of tech analyst Dan Ives, priced its initial public offering Wednesday at $10 per share across 20 million shares, generating $200 million in capital earmarked for stakes in private AI companies.

Shares will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "IVAI," and the company describes the vehicle as the first publicly traded closed-end fund built specifically........
