The latest draft of Charlottetown’s proposed zoning and development (Z&D) bylaw contains elements that will impact the nature and lived experience in the city into the future: new zoning, increased building heights, regulations for additional dwelling units (ADUs), introduction of growth node and growth corridors, changes to development approval pathways, and more.
