Fold, which launched last Saturday, is available at Billy’s Coffee House in St Gregory's Alley. 

It will stock freshly baked pastries including stock croissants, pain au chocolat and cruffins, made from ingredients imported from France.

The pair behind the bakery want to remain anonymous and plan to transport their baked goods using another local business’ delivery van.  

They have revealed one is a former chef and another a graduate art student, who have close ties to Norwich’s coffee shop scene.
