ChatGPT Meetings beta arrives for Pro and Business users on Mac

OpenAI's new Meetings plugin can turn call audio into notes, summaries and proposed actions in ChatGPT Space. It is limited to eligible macOS users at launch, and the person recording must obtain participant consent.

OpenAI has launched a Meetings plugin for ChatGPT that records meeting audio, creates notes and produces personalised summaries with suggested action items. The beta works inside the ChatGPT desktop app on macOS and does not add a visible bot to an online call.

The plugin is available to ChatGPT Pro and Business users. Enterprise access is limited to an alpha programme, while support for Windows, iOS and Android is planned but does not yet have a confirmed release date.
