Rhys Phillips previously threatened to "petrol bomb" the home of an ex-partner if she did not meet him within hours of being banned from contacting her. 

Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told he had been made subject of an unusually long two-decade stalking protection order (SPO) in 2021, designed to stop him from contacting one of his victims or going near her home. 

But prosecutors said the 31-year-old had ignored the order to approach the woman at the Premier Inn in Norwich on July 23 this year.
