Former head teacher loses unfair dismissal case after harassment conviction

Gregory Hill, who was previously in charge at Howard Junior School in King's Lynn, took the Eastern Multi Academy Trust to an employment tribunal after losing his job in 2024.

Hill had been dismissed after being arrested at the school for harassing a 23-year-old trainee, a crime he was subsequently found guilty of, resulting in a 20-week prison sentence.
