Revealed: Norfolk council breached children's data nearly 1,000 times in four years
Norfolk County Council recorded 923 data breaches in its Children's Services department between 2022 and 2025.
The council has claimed the vast majority of incidents involved emails being sent to the wrong recipient and were "low risk and dealt with quickly".
