Popeyes is pushing ahead with a rapid UK roll-out, with more than 120 restaurants already open and plans for around 150 across the UK and Republic of Ireland by the end of 2026.

The Louisiana fried chicken chain, which launched in Britain in 2021, has grown from 64 UK sites at the end of 2024 to 108 by the end of 2025, before opening a further 18 sites this year.
