Apple may be paying iPhone owners again, this time over claims it oversold Siri’s artificial intelligence features for some of the latest iPhone models.

If the $250 million settlement is approved by a judge, it would apply to U.S. residents who purchased an iPhone 16, iPhone 16e, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 15 Pro Max between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, according to court documents.

The payout for the roughly 37 million devices is estimated to be around $25 per iPhone, but it could go up to $95 depending on how many people file claims, among other things. Customers who are eligible for the cash will be notified by email or mail, according to the settlement, and........
