Scott Healing, 25, had contacted his victim via social media, telling her he was 16.

After travelling almost 200 miles to meet her in the West Yorkshire city, he plied her with alcohol and cannabis before taking her to a quarry where he sexually assaulted her.

He then left her so heavily intoxicated that her mother found her vomiting in the street.

The mother then saw messages between the pair on her daughter's phone and police were alerted.

Their investigation revealed “extensive contact” between Healing and the girl in the run-up to their face-to-face meeting, which included indecent images of her.
