The Harte of Costessey in Townhouse Road, came up for sale towards the end of September, with the sellers looking for offers in the region of £425,000 as a freehold.

It was not known what price the pub was supposed to be sold for, but agents Everard Cole had expected the sale to be concluded in the new year.

However, the site has now been reappeared on Rightmove.
