Karnataka: KFC outlet in Mangaluru sealed over ‘spoilt chicken’ complaint

The Food safety Department officials inspected the kitchen, storage facility, the deep freezer and also the fried chicken stock at the outlet. The food items were also seized and sent for testing to a laboratory.

New Delhi: Food safety officials have seized a KFC outlet in Karnataka’s Mangaluru after a complaint regarding the outlet serving stale chicken. The inspection by the food safety department officials came after a complaint from a customer, said a report in NDTV.
