4.9 magnitude earthquake hits Uttarakhand, tremors felt in Delhi

New Delhi: An earthquake of magnitude 4.9 hit Uttarakhand’s Chamoli on Tuesday night, said the National Centre for Seismology (NCS). The earthquake hit the region at around 10:20 pm and its tremors were felt as far as Delhi and other adjoining areas, they said.
