Only 14 Percent of Small Businesses Have Successfully Integrated AI. Anthropic Says This Is the Missing Link

Anthropic spoke to hundreds of small businesses. They discovered one thing was holding them back.

Small businesses want to use AI. The problem, Anthropic says, is that many don’t know how. 

On Thursday, Anthropic published findings from its Claude SMB Tour, a series of free workshops it held for six weeks with more than 1,000 small business owners across 10 U.S. cities. The majority of attendees came from industries like construction, manufacturing, and logistics. 

Before launching the tour, Anthropic surveyed 503 small-business decision-makers. It found that 81 percent were open to trying new AI tools.........
