Senator Elizabeth Warren (Democrat, Massachusetts) is sounding the alarm on the actions of “wannabe king” Donald Trump.

In a blistering op-ed for Variety, Warren criticised the president and raised pointed questions about CBS’s decision to cancel The Late Show.

She speculated whether the move was linked to host Stephen Colbert’s persistent criticism of the president, or his condemnation of Paramount Global, CBS’s parent company, for settling a lawsuit with Trump.
