Planners at Great Yarmouth Borough Council have approved a proposal to change the use of the current 12-person, 12-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) with a manager’s flat at 46 Queen’s Road into a 16-person, 16-bedroom HMO with a manager’s room.

The plans, submitted by Tom Barrett, will also see external alterations to remove the ground floor rear extension, create a new rear lobby entrance and French doors, and also construct a covered cycle store shelter.
