Mr Paul Roberts was looking to create up to seven self-build homes on land at Low Road/Fox Lane in North Tuddenham.

The properties would have included a dining room, kitchen, living room, recreation area, and up to four bedrooms.

Breckland Council officials blocked outline plans for the site near Dereham, citing the "significant harm" caused by way of the "unsustainable location".

The council added that the plans fail to demonstrate safe access for all modes of transport, noting the restricted visibility splays.
