Almost 90 locals have objected to plans to build on land off the A149 and Beach Road at Snettisham, between King's Lynn and Hunstanton.

Developer Pigeon says up to 31 properties could be accommodated on the five-acre site, which it describes as "a visually important gateway" to the village.

But people living near the site say their community lacks the infrastructure to support them.
