Health benefits cost trends among Canadian benefits plan sponsors continue to decline, according to a new report from WTW.

It found the overall health-care cost trend among Canadian benefits plan sponsors increased by five per cent, compared to 8.5 per cent in 2025. The cost trend for drugs increased by 4.1 per cent, down from 6.4 per cent, while dental care grew by 0.1 per cent and long-term........
