If Muslims behead Catholics in a church, does it make a sound with legacy media?

All was initially well for Catholics at Sunday night’s mass at the Parish of Blessed Anuarite in Komanda, Democratic Republic of the Congo. They reportedly gathered to engage in festivities celebrating the Catholic Church’s silver jubilee, but many of them would never get that opportunity.

In an instant, radical Islamic terrorists from the ISIS-backed Allied Democratic Forces burst into the church and began murdering innocent churchgoers, many of whom were women and children. Some were reportedly beheaded in the church. The most up-to-date reports have the fatality list at 49 people. It was the latest act in what should arguably be described as genocide against Christians. It’s an all-too-common occurrence that regularly gets underreported, if even reported at all.

“Attackers came in, and they beheaded Christians in the church,” a witness
