New Delhi: Junaid Malik, who was a food volunteer during the recent protests in Jantar Mantar led by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has moved Supreme Court alleging that police officials illegally detained and harassed him along with his family members who had to face coercive police action without due process, reported LiveLaw.

Malik has said in his petition that he was picked up by police officials on July 24 midnight, while he was returning from the RML hospital after taking anti rabies injection. Thereafter, he was allegedly picked up by police personnel........
