New Delhi: The Bihar government on Monday (July 27) said that it will not take any adverse legal actions, withdraw cases and release the arrested/detained persons who participated in the protests pertaining to the NEET paper leak issue before 6 pm on July 26.
“No adverse legal action – punitive/retaliatory – shall be taken by the government against any individual participating in the protests before 6 pm on 26.07.2026, across the entire state,” the home department said in a press release issued by special secretary Kshtranil Singh.
