New Delhi: The Lok Sabha on Wednesday (March 11) saw a heated exchange after leader of opposition Rahul Gandhi during the debate on the no-confidence motion against speaker Om Birla, said that the House is the “expression of the people of India, not just one party” and accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of being “compromised”.

The treasury benches erupted in protest, with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Ravi Shankar Prasad responding that the prime minister can “never” be compromised.
