Bret Stephens: Hi, Frank. This week the Supreme Court blocked the administration’s plan to get the Postal Service to screen mail-in ballots. Last week, the court blocked a plan by Missouri Republicans to redraw the congressional districts in their favor. Earlier this year, it reasserted the constitutional right to birthright citizenship over President Trump’s ludicrous objections. Before that, it ruled that many of Trump’s tariffs had been imposed unconstitutionally and that National Guards couldn’t be deployed........
