After its expulsion from the F-35 fighter program, Turkey has moved toward the Eurofighter Typhoon, while Greece has bought the F-35. How would the two aircraft fare against each other?

For decades, Greece and Turkey both depended heavily on the F-16 Fighting Falcon. That is changing. Greece is moving towards the fifth-generation F-35A, while Turkey, expelled from the F-35 program, is moving toward the Eurofighter Typhoon.
