West’s Hypocrisy
When the US makes nuclear weapons, it is good. When its allies make nuclear weapons, it is good. But Iran cannot, nor can any other country, make weapons, for it is against the laws of the US and is very threatening to humanity living on this planet. Once again, Iran stands at a crossroads; this time it might be for its protection and the maintenance of its sovereignty in the global world order. Israel began its attack with casualties in Iran, hitting a school where female children were receiving an education, which caused more than fifty casualties. Such heinous acts by Israel, however, are not new; Gaza is already its bombing test ground, in which Israel killed hundreds of thousands of school-going children; Yemen already suffers; and now Iran, which is retaliating against its aggression. This time, again, Israel is being backed by the US as in the past. How hypocritical both the West and its allies are.
Of course, Iran is not the second nation after the US that is going to rise as the world’s superpower; but it is a country with rich minerals and is also called the world’s second-largest hub for oil. If the US and Israel want to keep the earth peaceful for humanity by eroding countries which make weapons, then there is no country more than the US which, at one time, was one of the world’s largest weapon exporters, and now stands first among other states. The US weaponisation was and is clearly being seen in Gaza, where a grim reality of Western hypocrisy is evident. In Gaza, they bombed hospitals, schools, colleges, mosques, and universities only in the name of killing Hamas fighters; according to them, the Hamas fighters are underground and are taking shelter in these public premises, such as schools, hospitals, and mosques.
The same is being applied to Iran; they are attacking because Iran is not willing to enter into any agreement or compromise over its mission of being a nuclear state. What both Israel and the US fear is not Iranian oil production but its nuclear weapons, which are going to be possessed in the near future. Furthermore, in the existing world order, Westerners are the people who only, in name, are raising the flag of peace in the world. For them, the definition of peace is limited only from Western to Western people, and from Jews to Jews and other non-Muslims; but beyond their borders, there are only wars and enemies, with no sign of peace.
Their continuous attempts to colonise Gaza and establish a systemic rule in the name of Muslims’ safety, and demanding troops from Muslim countries, imply that the US wants peace for Gaza with the help of Muslims, not Jews, whom they describe as Gaza’s destroyers. Israel, however, has destroyed Gaza but not defeated Hamas fighters. All these attempts by Westerners are resting upon the shoulders of Israel. Israel has become a testing ground for the US; it is used for Gaza, Yemen, Syria, and now is being used for Iran in an attempt to change the existing regime of Iran by attacks, which will not fulfill the dreams of Israel and the US until Ali Khamenei survives.
No doubt, the joint actions of Israel and the US are turning the direction of the existing global world order, but somehow these attacks are proving to the Muslim world that Westerners (Jews) and their allies can never be sincere friends of Muslims, as was said in the Holy Book, the Quran. Now is the time for Muslim states to stand together, bolster ties, and help each other in need; otherwise, the West wants to keep Muslim countries at rest by not giving them any opportunity to possess strong self-defence, as is seen in Israel's attack on Iran.
