Lindell picks former Navy intelligence officer as running mate in Minnesota governor race
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has chosen a former Navy intelligence officer as his running mate in his bid for governor of Minnesota.
Lindell, during a Monday appearance on Steve Bannon’s War Room show, announced retired Navy Lt. Cmdr. Phillip Parish as his lieutenant governor pick in a campaign launched in December. Parrish himself was a Republican gubernatorial candidate but ended his campaign to join Lindell.
“Just Officially Filed!” Lindell posted to social platform X on Monday alongside a picture of him and Parrish. “The two best gubernatorial candidates are joining forces!”
Parrish, who previously ran for Minnesota governor in 2018, had a career in education before joining the Navy Reserve. He has said he spent 11 years overseas on active duty with the Navy as a counterterrorism and foreign........
