The photo shows a family celebrating their son’s travel baseball “journey” and his participation in an “elite,” seven-and-under team. It appears they were at a “signing ceremony,” which is typically reserved for high school athletes declaring to play for a big D-1 team, D-1 players changing programs, and, of course, college athletes joining a professional team.
