The duplex, with its buttery rose exterior and cream wood trim, offers a preserved example of Edwardian architecture. From the Juliet balconies in front to the wainscotting, crown molding and original hardwood floors inside, the building is true to its turn-of-the century vintage. Over the years, owners have added their personal signature touches as well, though. “The penthouse suite above was built in 1928,” listing agent Michael Bellings of Compass, who is representing the property together with his brother Aaron Bellings, told SFGATE in an email. In addition, both units feature renovated kitchens and updated bathrooms.
