Investigation into death of father hit by Tesla speeding at 80mph permanently halted
Paul Leavy died on August 27, 2024, after being struck by a Tesla Model 3 while crossing South Beach Parade.
Norfolk Coroner's Court opened the inquest into his death the following month but adjourned pending a police investigation and subsequent criminal proceedings.
