Neighbours plagued by boy racers for years could get 'long lasting' fix

Fed-up neighbours in Britannia Road have been invited to a public consultation in September this year after constantly complaining to the authorities about the boy racers disturbing them.

The problem became out of control in June, forcing Green Party-run Norwich City Council to renew the street's Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO).
