A new report has emerged in proposals to build another floor at the Holiday Inn Express in Hellesdon, which addresses concerns raised by Norfolk County Council's flooding authority.

Engineers said the report provides details of a suitable Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SuDS) to show the scheme "will not increase flood risk at the site, or elsewhere".
