Lynn Gillon, who lives in Mile Cross, says it is now becoming difficult for her gardener to weave his way through the weeds and shrubbery that have taken over the passage in Vale Green.

Ms Gillon said: "He's struggling to get around it and he has to use that way because he comes with all his equipment.

"It's just a mess out there, it's not nice and you can't leave it otherwise it becomes........
