Alia Bhatt has shown support for Rashmika Mandanna after the actor addressed online criticism of her marriage to Vijay Deverakonda. Rashmika’s candid Instagram post received likes from several celebrities.

New Delhi: Alia Bhatt has shown support for Rashmika Mandanna after the latter addressed social media criticism surrounding her marriage to Vijay Deverakonda. Rashmika shared a lengthy Instagram note following the couple’s appearance on Koffee With Karan 9, responding to users who had criticised their relationship and labelled Vijay a “misogynist” and a “narcissist”.

Alia’s reaction to the post has drawn particular attention, as she and her husband, actor Ranbir Kapoor, have also faced online trolling over their relationship. The actor liked Rashmika’s post, joining several other celebrities, including Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani, who also showed their support.

Ranbir has previously been labelled a “red flag” and a “misogynist” by some social media users based on his interviews. His sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, has also spoken about how the couple have learnt........
