New Delhi: A fresh political controversy has erupted over the playing of “Vande Mataram” at the Congress headquarters on Independence Day with Sumitro Chatterjee, a direct descendant of Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay, hitting out at Sonia Gandhi.
