There is a psychiatric word for an individual who is entirely unaware of their own condition or impairments: anosognosia. It is a medical term sometimes used metaphorically for those blind to their own behavioural flaws.

All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) member Maulana Sajjad Nomani fits it snugly. In fact, not just the individual but the entire organisation, which for decades existed without relevance or self-reflection, but occasionally comes alive to sow hatred and regressiveness.
