Have you had an AI interview with a voice or an avatar? I decided to take my first interview with an audio AI, and I don’t think things went well. At the start of the call, I felt like I was talking to a robot that didn’t understand anything I said. The process was similar to calling a business and hearing, “For our hours, press one.” I felt the nudge to ask for a representative immediately.

As this process becomes more common, it poses clear risks for the companies involved. And the human brain offers a clear explanation why.
