After a High Court judge turned down a group's determined attempt to secure a judicial review into plans for the Heart services site at Gillingham, near Beccles, campaigners have now said they remain "undeterred" and have appealed the decision.

The Friends of Gillingham Countryside Community Interest Company had already raised thousands of pounds to cover legal costs as it tries to halt the scheme.
