The Black Shuck Festival in Bungay, Suffolk – named after the legendary Black Dog of Bungay – will take place from Friday, July 31, to Sunday, August 2, as planned.

Didy Ward, one of the organisers, said: "Yes, costs have gone up, but with support from the Sizewell C Tourism Fund, East Suffolk Council’s Children and Young People Culture Fund, Suffolk County Council’s Culture Fund and Fen Farm Dairy, as well as one or two other donations, we have been able to put together a fabulous festival."
