Now in its second year: The sell-out Suffolk cheese based on a French classic
Jonathan and Dulcie Crickmore of Fen Farm Dairy, Bungay, have brought back their Raedwald cheese for the second year.
The couple - who make their own English brie called Baron Bigod from their free-ranging Montbéliarde cows - decided to branch out with a new product last year to use up their rich winter milk.
