Awaze says its James Collection high street store will bring its professionally-managed service offering to Suffolk for the first time.

The company is Europe's largest holiday rentals group and owns cottages.com and James Villas.

The new store - at 37 High Street - will offer bookings support, guest communications and property care and will be run by local teams who understand the market and guest profile, it says.
