Declan Dashwood, 32, had been admitted to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital after suffering kidney failure.

An inquest into his death was told it was not clear how or when he was obtaining and taking the drugs while on the ward.

The hearing, at Norfolk Coroner's Court, was told he had a history of ill health as well as of substance misuse.
