Andrew Tilbrook, of The Property and Land Company, was looking to develop on land at Necton Road in Little Dunham, between Dereham and Swaffham.

The property would be two storeys and include a dining room, kitchen, living room, lounge, and five bedrooms among other features.

Plans for the development were refused in April of this year after Breckland Council said it would "result in an encroachment into the open countryside" and be "detrimental to the character and visual amenities of the area".
